We're a cool team. Even our directors are hands-on involved in the projects. And we all distil our passion for the community, the environment and South Africa's youth in each volunteer joining our missions.

Edge of Africa relies on team work with members based world wide. The core team includes conservation specialists, including resident zoologist Jo Kotze, FGASA and reserve manager Hein Schoeman and various community workers, home based carers, medical staff and other project coordinators. Close relationships with specialists in every project field are carefully nurtured, and constant updates with the local councils, medical professionals, researchers and community members ensure the support of reliable, sustainable projects.

Every volunteer joining an Edge of Africa project contributes to a team of people that truly care about the integrity of the projects and their end goals.
