Adventurer

This elephant conservation program in Namibia gives you the unique opportunity to be involved with both hands-on conservation projects and research, in one of the most beautiful areas of Africa.

  • Be part of a meaningful hands-on conservation project, helping to facilitate peaceful co-habitation between communities and elephants
  • Assist with tracking and monitoring populations of desert elephants – a great chance to get to know the individual personalities of the elephants!
  • Help construct walls to protect vulnerable water structures from damage by the local elephants while still allowing them to access water
  • Empower community members with knowledge on elephant behaviour so they can live without fear of the desert elephants.
